- Sinologist and professor of Philosophies of Oriental Asia based in Bologna, Italy. She graduated in Philosophy at the University of Venice and, fifteen years later, received also a degree in Chinese Language and Literature and a PhD in Chinese Studies. Amina’s philological analysis and translation of classical Confucian texts – in particular the works of Xunzi (3rd century BC) and ancient Taoist sources like the Neiye – are placed in the framework of contemporary hermeneutical perspectives and intercultural debates, aiming at a collaboration between the institutions.
