Bio

Dr. Blasco Morozzo della Rocca, PhD is a Molecular Biology Researcher, part of the Theoretical and Structural Biology Unit at Università di Roma Tor Vergata. Trained as a soft materials physicist in La Sapienza University, he turned to biology, applying spectroscopies and modeling to study the structure and dynamics of enzymes, membrane channels and transporters. He is a Professor of Bioinformatics in the Biotechnologies Undergraduate Program and applies a computational approach to the aforementioned subjects with Molecular Dynamics Simulations as a core tool.
