We will learn some methods from Zhineng Qigong and Nature Taiji, disciplines that outline a holistic view of human beings, nature and society (for more infos see www.dalvuotocentrale.blogspot.it) and teach us ways to restore health and develop better life balance and relationships through dynamic exercises and static postures. Every morning we will go through a few methods in orde e to build a pattern that can be remembered and praticed by everybody also after the end of the week.
