Uygar Pala

Bio: Uygar Pala, Dr. sc. ETH is an accomplished mechanical engineer with several years of experience in production technologies, engineering management, and manufacturing research. He holds a master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham in the UK, and a doctorate in Production Technology from ETH Zürich, Institute of Machine Tools and Manufacturing. He has been residing in Zurich since 2012 and currently working as the chief technology officer at a Swiss startup in sustainable mobility. During his tenure at ETH Zürich, he became acquainted with Cortona Week, which deeply influenced him with its core principles and concepts. Cortona Week played a crucial role in his personal journey by teaching him the importance of self-awareness, self-consciousness, believing in oneself, and being receptive to others.
