We hereby invite you to participate in the General Assembly of the Association Cortona Friends.
Date: Saturday 28th of March – 18:00 – 19:00 (6-7pm CET). Please see the details of the Zoom call below.
The second convocation is for Sunday 29th of March 2026 – 18:00 – 19:00 (6-7pm CET). This additional date will be used only in case less than 50% of the active members participate on March 28th, either in presence or by proxy.
Agenda:
- 1) Approval of the Minutes of the Nov 29th 2025 General Assembly, the Dec 20th 2025 Extraordinary Assembly and the Feb 8th 2026 General Assembly.
- 2) Collect feedback on the 2026 proposed activities.
To participate with a voting right at the General Assembly, please pay the annual membership fee of EUR 100 for the year 2026 AND complete the Application Form if you haven’t done so already.

If your email is already registered, please follow the instructions on screen to login, and reset the password if necessary, before paying for the Membership or completing your form.
Please register before the General Assembly if you want to be able to vote. Again, make sure you fill the Application Form.
