Dear Cortonians,
We hereby invite you to participate in the General Assembly of the Association Cortona Friends.
Date: Wednesday 12th of August 2026 – 16:00 – 18:00 (4-6pm CET). The General Assembly will take place at Borgo Cerrecchia, during the upcoming Cortona Friends 2026 Midsummer Rendezvous.
The second convocation is for Thursday 13th of August 2026 – 10:00 – 12:00 (10am-12pm CET). This additional date will be used only in case less than 50% of the active members participate on August 12th, either in presence or by proxy.
Agenda:
- 1) Approval of the Minutes of the March 28th 2026 General Assembly.
- 2) Confirmation of the Governing Council.
- 3) Reworking and approval of the Statute in order to update the legal compliance of the Association and enroll into the RUNTS (Registro Unico Nazionale del Terzo Settore)
- 4) Approval of activities to launch the Cortona Week 2027
To participate with a voting right at the General Assembly, please pay the annual membership fee of EUR 100 for the year 2026 AND complete the Application Form if you haven’t done so already.

If your email is already registered, please follow the instructions on screen to login, and reset the password if necessary, before paying for the Membership or completing your form.
Please register before the General Assembly if you want to be able to vote. Again, make sure you fill the Application Form.

I hereby appoint <NAME_OF_YOUR_PROXY> as my Proxy to represent me, to vote, on my behalf at the Cortona Friends Association’s Assembly, scheduled to be held at 4 pm CET at Borgo Cerrecchia (Siena)on Aug 12th 2026.
