Bio
Born in 1974, a Florentine, she is president of Slow Food Italy, the first woman to hold this position. She arrived at Slow Food in 2012, after leaving a multinational fashion company and moving to the Tuscan countryside with her family (her sons Filippo, 21, and Cosimo, 19, and her parents). Passionate about experimental agriculture, she founded Il Grano e le Rose with which she organizes various activities, including an urban gardens project.
