If you are already a Cortona Friends member, your registration fee will be €380.00.
The 9Aug-13Aug 2026 Rendezvous costs €380.00 and includes full board and all activities. Accommodation is generally in double rooms, rarely in three beds rooms, only a very limited number of single rooms are available, usually reserved to speakers – but you may ask.
The Borgo Cerrecchia (see www.borgocerrecchia.it) can accomodate 40 participants.
You can withdraw at no cost up until the 30th of April 2026, after that date a 30% retention fee will be charged. If for any reason the Cortona Friends 2026 Midsummer Rendezvous should not take place or should be scheduled in other dates, then you will be able to reclaim the full fee back at no cost.
